RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address by email. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
